Out of curiosity, did you rivet each of the overlapping finger plates to the gloves separately? And are you having any problems with the plates on the fingers staying curved?

Each plate is riveted on a structure, then it's attached at the gauntlet. And when finger moves, no problem with the plates. Such gauntlets I made are used for sword training
