I think it's a Dutch Shepherd, if I'm not wrong
But he's from norway, therefore he wrote "Schaefer"

Omg that is so amazing, I wish i could draw like that, if i did, i would draw our beloved dog we had that died about a year ago, i still miss her so much and i wish i had a pic of her on our wall. Very well work!
