I started watching Clannad last night... first two episodes seem pretty good.

  “I'm done…” Brett stared at the piece of paper in his hands, frantically reading it over and over again - but all that did was confirm his worst nightmare had come true. One mark - seemingly miniscule, but to him it was essentially an impenetrable barrier. One more mark and he could have gotten into medical school, something that Brett had staked all his hopes on. But now? He didn't know. “Oh, my parents are going to kill me…”
    As the glum youth trudged home, a sign by the side of the road caught his eye. “FREE CAREER COUNSELING!” Brett stopped, stared at the sign. He supposed it couldn’t hurt… and it’d delay him going home and having to break the bad news. He entered the storefront, registered his personal information, and was led into a small room, where a long-haired woman was waiting.
    “Hi!” The woman looked up with a wide smile as she saw Brett enter the room, “What brings you here?” “Well, um…” Brett swallowed nervously. “I-I just got my results back… and I fell just short by one point.” “What subject were you aiming for?” “Medicine…” “Ah… that’s really a shame. I should be able to help you find something similar, though!” “R-really?” Brett’s face brightened. Could he have a chance?
    She pulled out a sheet of paper from a stack beside her, sliding it across the table towards Brett. “Sign here!” Her pen indicated a dotted line on the bottom, and Brett signed his name on it without much hesitation. Even though it might be a scam… he was that desperate. “Perfect!” The woman smiled and scribbled a couple of words on the paper, and Brett felt a slight chill run down his spine. But it must have just been a coincidence…
    “So! What made you want to pursue this career path in the first place?” Brett sighed; exactly the sort of question he’d had to answer in admissions interviews over and over again… “Well, I wanted to study Medicine because I want to help those in need…” “Bzzz~” The woman smiled and leaned forward over the desk, her eyes seeming to stare deep into Brett’s. “Say it like you really mean it…”
    “U-um!” That was something the interviewers had never said. “I want to do whatever I can to help those who are in pain, or suffering from illnesses and diseases! It makes me happy just to see them smile…” “Very good!” The woman wrote something on the paper. “Even if we may be unable to let you study to become a doctor, might I suggest becoming a nurse?”
    “A-a nurse?” Brett twirled a hand through a lock of his wavy hazel hair, surprise crossing his face. He’d never considered that before… well, the same way he didn’t consider the fact that his hair used to be blond, and a lot shorter. “I can’t say I’ve ever thought about it…” “It’s definitely worth considering!” She smiled, and made another note. “In fact, I think you’d be just perfect for it~”
    “Really!?” A hopeful expression broke over Brett’s face, like sunlight chasing away the dark clouds hanging over him. His face seemed to change, and not just in emotion: Brett’s eyes widened, face shrinking and chin narrowing as makeup was applied by invisible brushes. “I’m happy you think that…”
    “You should have more confidence! Even if you missed the requirement by one mark, those are still some very impressive results~” Brett self-consciously sat up straighter, trying to puff out his chest to project confidence - and all that achieved was to encourage two fairly sizable breasts to emerge, straining against the front of his dress shirt.
    “I can’t believe I was so stupid… focusing only on one option left me nowhere to go!” Brett giggled in a feminine voice, but one that was also more mature… he sounded perhaps a decade or so older. “I think being a nurse sounds like the perfect job for me, then~!” He leaned forward excitedly, rear expanding and thighs inflating with womanly fat to give Brett a perfect hourglass curvature.
    “Oh, don’t be silly! You already are one, my dear~” In an instant the clothes Brett was wearing changed completely, a tight-fitting white blouse wrapping around his body - one that perfectly highlighted his assets and every sway of his hip. There was a particularly distracting bulge in the crotch area too… but that soon disappeared without a trace.
    “Ah… how could I have forgotten?” Brett saw the woman make one final note on the paper before setting it aside, before giving Selena a warm smile. “I’m really grateful to you for recommending I consider becoming a nurse, all those years ago…” “I’m really proud of you, Selena! Becoming a head nurse at your age is an amazing achievement~” “Oh, now you’re just flattering me!”
    As the nurse left her office with a cheery wave, the woman sighed and leaned back in her chair, eyes drifting towards the ceiling. That boy had looked so down at first… she was sure he - well, she - would be much happier now, without the pressure of all those expectations on him. And so she waited for her next visitor to arrive - the next person whose life she could change for the better~
