It's Hayao Miyazaki's Sherlock Holmes, an very old anime series.This anime gave me the influence of furry. I started to love furry because of this anime ^_^

He honestly doesent need his Pipe there he is adorable, and for me too say that it's really saying something great because I love Basils or Sherlock Hounds pipe.

I thought the title of the series was called Sherlock Hound?
In any case, this is incredibly adorable. I love the tilted placement of his cap, and the "tired" look he gets sometimes in the series
