*gasp pant expire* OKAY. It's done. Hope she likes it
This is my half of an art trade with , who requested either an emerald tree boa naga or...I think it was a Taiwan beauty snake naga? Anyway, I went with the emerald tree boa, obviously, and I think he came out okay. Took a very rough sketch, scanned it in, and just colored on it in Photoshop. Some parts are screwed up, like the composition, contrast of lights and darks, and his wings (guhhhh) but...overall I'm okay with it, despite rushing it near the end :3

Oh dear me! You know it's not very often one comes across someone with amazing colouring skills, and a supremecy for incredibly mythological creatures! Such a gorgeous naga design, and the setting it ethereal. Gorgeous, gorgeous work. KEEP IT UP!

whoah. like... whoah. holy crap the coloring is amazing. and the naga... he's an emerald tree boa! i love those guys! my favorite part is most definately the coils. your nagas are always so true to their species, and the skin folds and color you put on the bodies are just so realistic and NICE. yes nice. and the tree. you can do twirly twisty trees without making them retarded like i do. awesome job, as usual

I know I already said this, but DAAAAMN, that is some awesome coloring. So different from Liz's usual style and still its fucking EXPERTLY DONE.

He's great! I really enjoy the butterflies and the leaves too. And that it's all painterly with no lines- I never have the nerve to try that. Emerald tree boas are very pretty snakes.
Yours might be a while though, sorry to say, because 1) I'm having some computer troubles and 2) I'm in the middle of exams anyway.

Okay, coolest picture EVER. I love it. It's /excellent/. His wings were done outstandingly, and the colors you chose were perfect! And the background is so detailed....I love it.
His coils are the sex.

I LOVERS the speckles. :3 The colors are very bright, which is a good thing: gives me that tropicy feel.
