Okay, finally I've come up with a design for her I'm 100% satisfied with.

Looks:
She can also wear a fox stola around her neck when it's cold, just note that she is about 2.1 meters big as her parents were a regular and a nature bond elf, which is a self-created race I'll introduce soon!
Her magic looks like a swarm of flickering fireflies and has the same color as her eyes.
General info:
The animals of the forest are her children so she would only harm them if there's no other way. Usually her go to solution is to use her experience as field medic and healer to get any injured creature back out and going. Being able to heal and care for others is very fulfilling for her, she'd make an awesome mother too, one day! Her favorite flowers are Lilys by the way.
Some of her other hobbies include gardening (especially succulents and beautiful flowers), reading books about places far away and traveling. She's super curious and dreams to be able to travel outside of her country one day, studying all the different kinds of creatures that might linger out there and maybe find some new plants no one has ever heard of? Her significant other, the Dragonborn Lennox has told her stories of the north which made her desire of seeing the world grow even stronger!

Personality: Being a child of nature itself Sera has a deep bound with any living plant, animal or organism on this planet. People would describe her to be very empathic and caring, no matter the circumstances.
Socializing is one of her favorite things to do, she might even be one of the most optimistic and positive people you'll ever meet! Finding happiness within the little joys in life and being able to laugh without doubt she'll manage to brighten everyones day!
In regards of danger it's possible for her to act a bit harsh sometimes but that's just cause she's worried and wants to make sure no one gets injured.

Environment: Anything medieval themed, preferably nature related like the alps, forests, a flowery meadow, a river/lake etc.

Expression: Calm and peaceful, open and friendly at most, in special settings also more kind of sad or thoughtful. She works best with environments that have her interact with nature.
