Nota bene!!! In some sourses 8'th card is not Justise but Strenght. I choose Justise, as it was in my book. But keep in mind, it's arguable ^__^So... 8'th card - Justice. Goddess with sword and libra, her eyes are hidden under blindfold.
Meanings - amicable and favourable resolution of conflicts. Triumph over bigotry and prejudice. Clarity, fairness, arbitration. A straightforward choice. Judgement.
Reversed - injustice, inequality and bias. Delay and imbalance.
Why do I choose Riku? You can say, it doesn't fit him very well... But I say... because of his blindfold!!! I always think what card of "Justise" is sexy with this BDSM hint...

I have a book on Tarot, and it says that Justice is eleven, while Strength is seven. Just informing you.

Well, Riku's main character development is him realizing the virtues of the powers of light and darkness... Balancing two aspects in order to reach a goal (Protecting his friends)
So Justice could be taken thatway, yes?

The thing is that Riku seems a pretty suitable choice to me...aside form the blind-fold, he overcame hte bias that darkness was evil. Therefor, trimpy over prejudice.

The card says a lot about triumph over good and evil, bigotry and prejudice and all that. I can sort of see that with Riku as he triumphs over his dark side. He is dark, yet still good. Kinda balances out. ^^

you could also say that this card fits cuz Riku is one who came from light and let himself be taken by the darkness...so therefore he is one person who has the right to judge those on both sides.

Eh, I'll give it to you. There toward the end of the game, Riku really did look like a woman. . .or an alien. . .I couldn't tell. Regardless, the perspective and the ideals are there, and that's what counts in these kinds of works.
