Inspired by the one and only Major Kong. I do this proudly, as Iβm not in the mood to comment on every single fav. So when this happens itβs nothing to get mad about. Just think of it as an expression for how awesome you are.

What's fave bombing exactly?
If it's dragging and dropping everything you see into your faves to get more views, damn it's worked wonders for me. I wouldn't be near as popular as I am right now without it. Think it's poor character? Cool, great. No one in life is a saint. Go suck your mom's tits.

I call that +Fav Spamming, meaning the kind used to attract attention without any discerment between deviations being +faved. They can be collected automatically, which generates random collections of favorites, and it outrages me to see them operating!
I agree with +Fav Bombing, I do it all the time 'cause I don't like to write about my appreciation unless I have something more to say than "I like it!".

What's really sad are the unsuspecting people who go and thank them for the favs. It's very deceptive tricking people like that and it's one script that should be banned from this site.

Yeah, it's true, though from what I know about how DA handles (doesn't handle) the +favspam, they probably won't do much about it in any way anytime soon.
The current solution is to have an interest in your +favers and see who they are. That's what I do, since I tend to get +favs from the little people (unpopular, unknown) like me, whom I take an interest to.
The +fav spammers are an easy lot to spot with their massive, meaningless favorites lists. Come to think of it, that's not a bad indicator when avoiding exploitative people on DA.

I could be that not enough people are using the script for the problem to get any attention. But yeah, I've found some of my best favs from people who aren't popular. I like to look at the galleries of the one that give +watches too.
