And some flat colour examples as I am planning on opning commissions for those too. Some of these you have already seen before, others are new (or I had forgotten to upload). two characters are mine (Akiko the red panda and Lin the yellow ferret) and the two martens with horns are Gwin and Jink from the Inkheart trilogy

the marbled polecat is my favorite. i'm writing an inkheart fanfiction and my character keeps a marbled polecat named fufu and when i came across this i giggled. your art is amazing. they are so cute.

sure I do, it's one of the most endangered mammals on earth and the most endangered mustelid. they feed on prairie dogs and live in the US. they look a lot like pet ferrets, hence the name. their coat is sandy-coloured with a dark brown/black mask and black feet and tail tip. their scientific name is mustela nigripes, which means the same as 'weasel with black feet'

It's sad to think about how endangered they are. In fact, they would be extinct if it weren't for zoos...a reason to support zoos is because they help endangered species like the Black-Footed Ferret...I think that the Phionex Zoo has a breeding program for them. Did you know that a species of Mustelid is already extinct? It was called the Sea Mink-Neovison macrodon(Mustela macrodon).

yeah I've heard of them, the European mink is also at the edge of extinction.. I hope they'll make it though

commissions is wanneer een persoon je vraagt iets te tekenen/schilderen voor hem in ruil voor geld. hij/zij betaalt je dus om art te krijgen wat speciaal voor hem/haar gemaakt is
