Powers The Arbiters are given special powers on order to preform there duties. Along with there Divine Right. Which allows them to judge others based on there personal view of the situation without the interference of other, Agents of the Light. Only God or another Arbiter by challenge this right.

.Flight:

.Heavenly Shroud: The ability to change his appearance into whoever he wills, be they a product of his imagining or a living person.

.Steel Wings: His wings can shift from living matter, to flexible solid matter, creating both an excellent defence, and offence.

.Piercing Gaze: This allows them to see into the souls of others making lying to an Angel redundant. Only high ranking demons are immune to this power.

Weapons: Arbiters are allowed to choose there arsenal. From lances to ranged weaponry, each forged for the sole propose of killing sinners, and demons alike.

.Soul Guard: An indestructible sword forged in heaven that can only be used by Cyrus, as it is symbiotically bound to his will.

.The Redeemer: Essentially a "Holy Crossbow". The Redeemer fires bolts of light at the target with near perfect accuracy. As such it never runs out of ammo.
