Ego has done amazing work to bring this world to life and I feel so honored to be included through Kashi who I actually got from her. Also if you want to have one of the elves or demons, she currently has some adopts up that still have plenty open ones. Go get them, they need good homes!

Name: Kashi Manara

Monster: Golden Dragon

Monster Species description: It unsure how Golden Dragons came to be exactly, but they are known for their golden characteristics. Their horns, wings, and bones are all made of pure gold, even their irises are made of molten gold which will harden once they die. For their entire existence, they have been hunted by man and monsters alike because of the allure their golden qualities bring. However by nature, they are typically peaceful and pure of heart. Legend says that the gods blessed them with their golden attributes to show off how beautiful they are internally.

Monster Abilities (if any): Somewhere in their ancestor, Golden Dragons are descended from storm dragons and thus have similar abilities. They can control electricity as the gold in their bodies make them perfect conductors. Their powers grow stronger during electrical storms and said storms are often affected by their emotions. For example, if a dragon in extremely emotional, especially angry or sorrowful, lightning will strike more often and the storm will remain longer.

Age: 421 years old
- Physically in relation to humans, she looks about 19-20

Personality: Most of the time, Kashi is relatively calm and silent. She puts off a tranquil air to herself and others often find themselves calm in her presences. However, despite this her mood can swing easily in someone tests her. Her rage is something to wary off cause she will not hesitate to defend herself and she will attack if she feels threatened. She also suffers from "resting bitch face" syndrome when out in public because over the years she has become quite paranoid and untrusting of others. Its easier just to put off any interaction through intimidation then having to worry about who she should trust. She sticks a routine day in and day out but is willing to adapt to survive...that doesn't mean she particularly likes sudden change in her life. Kashi enjoys the quiet and easily gets agitated with too much noise. She rarely ever cries as she has spent too long doing that. She also has a guilty conscience cause she doesn't know what happened to her siblings and she blames herself for their lost lives. At this point, she has lost hope that any of them survived.

Friends: She has made very few over the years and any notable ones have since passed. She wants and hopes to make new ones though.

Story: Kashi was born in a happy family with four other siblings in a small village of dragons like herself. Her village was located in the lands of Nepal, near the base of the Cho Oyu mountains. Life was good as she was the middle child of her family, but she didn't care because she was loved be her whole family. However, strange things started to happen when dragons starts to disappear from the village. The Dragons grew more and more nervous when nothing could be found of those who had disappeared. Fearful for their children's lives, Kashi's parents decided to send them all away to another near by village with whom their own community often traded with. They personally knew and older couple that they knew they could trust as so they planed to leave at night so the sun could not skin off their golden horns and wings to give away their position. However, that very same night, what seemed to be hundred of humans came to their village and killed all of those dragons who remained. Kashi and her siblings remained hidden by the mountain, but they were still able to see the humans cutting off the dragons' wings and horns for their gold. She broke away from her siblings, however, when she saw they parents being mutilated. If it were not for her older sister, Kashi would surely have died that night as well but that did not mean she was any less scared when she heard the humans talking about leaving the dragons out, exposed to the elements so they could get at their golden bones sooner. She personally believes that somewhere, her parents and all the other dragons are still wandering the earth as tortured souls as they never received a proper burial. However, that was not the end of it. Kashi's youngest brother also saw the horrific scenes play out before them and his cries gave away their position. The Manara siblings ran for their lives, splitting off in different directions despite the eldest's efforts to keep them together. Kashi made her way to the village once she knew she was no longer being chased after and she arrived at the older couple's home by day break, exhausted and wounded as she was shot at with a bow and arrow through her right shoulder. By then the news had spread to the surrounding villages, some sent people out in search of any survivors either to kill them or to offer them safety. Luckily, the one Kashi ran to offered her sanctuary. She stayed their for a few days, regaining her strength but everyone in the village knew she was not safe there still. During that time, there was no sign of her siblings but she tried to hope that they were safe because it was all the kept her going at the time. On the fifth day, the whole village got together and offered Kashi what they could, from clothes to food and money, and told her that they bought her safe passage on a boat to take her away from this land. The next day, on horseback, she made her way to the coast line and got on the boat. It was hard for her to leave to only land she new as home, but with the cutting of her hair, she decided it was better to try and move on. She arrived in Japan and has since lived there. She simply wandered for a time, but found that with no purpose in life and with no family she felt empty. She also experienced great inner turmoil do to what happened when she was young. Part of her wanted to forget it but another part knew that she never could because it was apart of her. Hoping to find some form of rest for her spirit, Kashi turned to the Sohei, Buddist warrior monks who trained her in the art of combat and also taught her how to achieve inner peace. She still struggles finding it, but she finally had a purpose, to be a protector. She also started to dabble more into art at this point, enjoying the opportunity to tell unique stories through it. Even when the Sohei fell in the 1600s, she still continued to practice their teachings. Life wasn't great...it wasn't bad either. However, Kashi once more was alone and to make it worse, with the rise of Yakuza, her head was on the line again, especially when one partially Yakuza Oyabun (Boss) had be eyes on the lone Golden Dragon. While hiding for her life once more, Kashi heard rumors of a distant land known as Egos Orbis. She had heard the rumors before claiming it to be a safe heaven for all monster kind, but at the time she did not believe them because to her such a place could never exist. However, running after a fantasy was better then waiting to be killed. So she did. She got all she could, selling everything just to leave Japan in search of a land that she didn't even know was real. Just when it seemed that all was lost, including herself, Kashi found it...now all she much do is pass a test.... It seems that the Queen liked Kashi's story, allowing her to stay on Egos Orbis. She even informed the Gold Dragon that there was one other like herself that live on the insland...and so the next adventure awaits.

Occupation: As of right now she is just an artist, but she hope to open her own personal tattoo parlor soon.

Hobbies: Yoga, Meditation, horse-back riding, flying, and painting are many activities she does from day to day. She also enjoys to garden and hopes to build a beautiful zen garden if she accepted to include cherry blossom treas. She is relatively crafty outside of her traditional drawing and painting skins and likes to make jewelry and origami. From day to day, she also trains her hand with the naginata to keep her skills up to par. Kashi is an artist at heart so everyday she make time for herself to just draw or paint what ever she is feeling. It is quite therapeutic for her and helps her stay out of her head.

Random Facts:
She is really really tall. Not including horns, she stands about 7'1"
Kashi has a japanese dragon tattoo on her left arm which she got as a reminder of the stength and ferocity inside of her. She actually designed it herself.
