A fan art based work from my most loved book 'The Daughter of the Forest' by Juliet Marillier.This is my vision of the forest cave where Sorcha begins the task of spinning the six shirts of Starwort for her brothers.

Ah yes! As soon as I saw the title I knew this would be about Daughter of the Forest, one of my fave books of all time!

I can't help it.. but it looks like a real place. The only thing that catches eye a little is the tree on right.. but in general you did amazing job with merging all the stock images into one wonderful piece

Thats what i was trying to achieve. A realistic impression thats like a photograph rather than a obviously manipulated, exaggerated landscape.

the only thing that bothers me is the tree in the front is a little blurry
