Description
The fourth of my Elemental Character series, and this time we have Sagacious, the second of my main characters who has been around for quite some time!
Also, this was unconsciously suggested by xElestar , so... yeah. 
I am so proud how this one turned out, and yes, I've gotten her hands correct this time.
By now, most of you might've noticed that her left eye is deep-ish blue... and how the power of Light emitted by her staff and the power created by her hand are different from one another. This is an indication of Sagacious's abilities to manipulate both Light and Darkness are actually inherited from her mother and father respectively, unfortunately for the latter case. More would be explained in the story Dark Summer Dawns, seeing as that story feature's Sagacious as the main character. Along with the fact that it goes into detail of her past... not yet, unfortunately again.I'm so going to have to return to working on that story if anyone is interested in knowing why this side of her is rarely seen. Till then, hopefully you guys would like it~

Wow lovely character design and she looks so cool ! 
So she's a Fennec fox ? Guessed right ! Before I seen that you stated that so that's good that she looks her species from a first look. I actually own a Fennec FC too, her name is Rage and she has an elemental power which is pyrokinesis (fire).
But yeah I love this character. c:

Haha, good thing that you can recognise her as a Fennec Fox right away. And I saw your character Rage in your gallery as well, while I was browsing through for pictures of Devery, again, haha~ I can see that Rage is a Fennec Fox too, considering how small her tail is and how large her ears are.

Yeah I was looking at that, that's a very creative explained reasoning for her eye changing color. I first thought it was just some sort of genetic difference there haha.
Yeah I actually need to get back to Rage soon, don't wanna leave her in the back of the gallery. I may give her an outfit redesign once I draw her again but keeping her head style. I made sure to make her look like a Fennec instead of a regular fox by giving her the big ears and small tail without the white tip regular foxes have while Fennecs don't.

Most of my characters have equal eye colours, and only Cassandra and Kayleigh (if you've browsed through my gallery) have heterochromia amongst my list of characters. I don't really like to have a number of my characters having this genetic condition, seeing as it is rare by itself.
Oh, and more about the "blue eye" thing would be explained in Sagacious's story, seeing as I don't want to spoil it in this picture here. 
I'd love to see your Fennec Fox character Rage again, considering that it's been quite some time since Rage made an appearance. At least I know that both our Fennec Fox characters have large ears and small tails, with no white tips like how normal foxes would have. And don't forget a small physique as well. Can never forget that Fennec Foxes are small in real life.

Sagacious can pull it off here real well, in general I don't like the 2 different eye color people give their FCs in the Sonic fandom. I just think of those overly detailed colorful FCs, I feel that people just give their FC the feature just to give it to them and they think that the look is "cool". I really like how there's a reasoning behind her eye color change and it's a creative reason. 
Yeah I have to start drawing her more again, she's a rival with my other character Alvalance. Yes I made sure to give her a small height, but aren't all Sonic characters short ?

The "different eye colour" thing for Sagacious doesn't leave a permanent mark on her to begin with, but I am rather glad to hear that it's good from you.
Considering that Sonic himself is roughly 1 metre tall, despite the fact that he's grown a lot in the games, it's obvious that all – if not most – are short. I'm aware that hedgehogs are smaller than fennecs in real life, but... it's fun to have a variety of heights amongst our characters, eh?
