Hat is a Cardboard base with Craft Foam details, armour is entirely craft foam

The hat wasn't well made but I used really strong craft foam in the shoulder...thingys haha, people were shocked at how sturdy it actually was ^_^

Oh okay :S no this stuff was very very thick on it's own, got it from a shop that specializes in rubber/pool stuff/foam called Para Rubber in New Zealand ^_^

This is a very elaborate costume. I admire the contrasting color and complicated detail you put into it. Good job.
