Shiori is a naturally clever girl who is driven to do well in everything she does, especially her studies. Her natural ability to do well in academics leads her to be extremely enthusiastic when it comes to learning and will often offer her assistance to those who need it (and those who don't). Because of her incredible persistence to help others, Shiori comes across as a naggy person who is oblivious to other people's feelings and opinions of her. She can never read an atmosphere and when it comes to cheering people up, Shiori definitely isn't the person to go to.
Although beneath her over achieving, busy body exterior, Shiori can prove to be a sociable person who deems her friends' wellbeing as more important than her own. Even if she's unable to comfort them if they're sad, she'd willingly listen to their problems and try to offer some advice. But when it comes to having problems of her own, she'd much rather dwell on them independantly rather than bothering those around her.
Bio:
Before Shiori was born, her mother Hana was involved in a relationship with a man who she thought she would spend the rest of her life with. She was madly in love with him, but her ambition to become a doctor along with the incredulous work load meant that it was difficult for the two of them to be together. After the void in their relationship had grown too far, they came to a mutual agreement that they should call their relationship off.
Little did they know that Hana was pregnant with Shiori, and much to Hana's dismay her ex lover didn't want anything to do with her.

Instead of hating the child of her ex lover, Hana loved Shiori with all her heart and she grew up to have a close relationship with her mother. Being the daughter of a doctor, Shiori was brought up in quite a luxurious lifestyle which she assumed everyone had. Unfortunately for her, her presumptions came across as arrogant to her classmates and she was not well liked in elementary school. She learned from her mistakes and acted upon them in middle school, where she managed to gain some sort of social understanding by joining the baseball team to broaden her horizons. As well as her school extra curricular activities, Shiori had a private tutor to encourage her intelligence which ultimately prompted her ambitious nature. As the time for choosing high schools drew near, Shiori's tutor suggested the prestigious Todokawa High for her to take into consideration. At first, she was reluctant to leave behind the people she'd only just gotten used to, but she took the opportunity anyway in order to better her education and began her life at Todokawa High.
