His neck looks a tad thin, but you've managed to draw the nose quite well. Noses, especially large ones, are difficult to draw looking at them from the front. The facial proportions and adams apple make him look like a really gawky teenager (kind of how I imagine him).

Cheers! I tried to go for a slightly strange cartoonish feel in these portraits, so I exaggerated the proportions and the size of his nose and things like that. Good to hear that you thought he looked like a gawky teenager, because that's exactly how I tried to make him look like. : )
