But then Nintendo would have to get bought by Disney, and who knows what would happen then...
...but wait, that could possibly mean Mario attractions at Disney World! But that would feel awfully strange though...a separate Nintendo theme park outside of Disney would work better

Or Disney could buy a license to use Super Mario for theme park merch and stuff. Similar as to what Mcdonalds did (or is about to do in the US) with Super Mario.

Yeah maybe. They bought Star Wars and because of that, there's a Star Wars area here at DisneyWorld.
McDonalds has had Mario-themed toys in the past, though, so that's nothing new.
