Military Air Assessment Speculation issue 2018: In the Russian air Industry,some experimenting in the Tilt Rotor aircraft types may have developed a very Similar machine to the MCV22 Osprey,as shown through a presentation by Antonov and Mil helicopter design,the ATR 63 has many similarities to the V22 and MCV22,it has an axillary turbine system with pressure fans,in case of failure to one it's engines. It has been evaluated extensively by the Aircraft procurement bureau,and has passed many combat environment test by the Army and Navy. The jury is still out if it gets produced.
