   Occupation: Student
       Background: Growing up with two very paranoid parents wasn't easy for Chusei. She was extremely sheltered as a child and was home-schooled all the way up to right before high school. She almost grew up to be just as scared as her parents. It wasn't until her spirits started speaking to her that she decided there was nothing to be afraid of outside of her house. To prove to her parents that she could handle the dangers of the outside world, she decided she wanted to be a Pro Hero. It took a lot of begging and pleading, but eventually they allowed her to enroll in U.A. She and her spirits trained hard for the entrance exam and miraculously passed.
From then on she was enrolled into class 1-B. Being home-schooled all her life, she wasn't the best at communicating with others. She mainly kept to herself and her spirits. Eventually, she clung onto 2 students: Sugi Raito, who was a pretty nervous student just like Chusei's parents, and Daisuke Kuropasu (whose personality is still in development). They slowly helped Chusei become friends with the rest of class B (and eventually some of class A). Other than Daisuke and Sugi, Chusei become good friends with Reiko Yanagi. They bond over similar interests and aesthetics.

       Description: Chusei is a girl with grayish fair skin and long, unkempt, grayish purple hair that's usually worn out. Her piercing icy blue eyes usually portray an unbothered expression. Her arms (or legs, but usually arms) have her spirits wrapped around them. They're often mistakes for tattoos.
Due to her indecisiveness, Chusei's fashion sense is very simple. It's usually a hoodie and sweatpants, or a t-shirt and jeans. It tends to not be very colorful either, seeing as Chusei dislikes bright colors and prefers to stick with grays. Whatever she's wearing is ether short-sleeved, no sleeved, or has the sleeves rolled up in order for her spirits to be easily accessible.

She likes to play pranks on people (to Akarui's disdain), and at the same time feels bad after the victim suffers (to Daku's disdain). She doesn't like to take sides and prefers to remain indifferent to most things.

       - Disadvantages:
       - The two spirits are constantly bickering and she has a hard time concentrating because of it
       - If she has a really important decision to make and can't find a compromise between two options, she will just shut down completely

Therefore, her costume isn't very flashy. However, it's practical because she can move pretty easily in it and the fabric that covers her mouth prevents enemies from hearing the commands she calls to her spirits.

                -Quirk: Angel/Devil- Rengoku has the physical embodiment of the angel and devil on his shoulders. Similarly to Chusei, he is indecisive as hell.
               Tsuku Seishin (mother)
                -Quirk: Tsuku can see dead people. It scares the shit out of her and she is constantly on edge.
