Yes, the battle damage would have been nice.
There's a strange lighting artifact on the forward lip of the saucer, a hard break from light to shadow. I wonder what could be causing that.

If I was gonna be nitpicky, it doesn't seem like its hiding from Khan- unless I'm just missing the damage from the first encounter...

The hiding spot is actually the Mutara nebula. And correctly spotted, there is no damage from the first encounter. I just wanted a good pic of Enterprise in the nebula.
