When he meets new people, he kind of stares them down to commit their face to memory, cuz he can't remember people to save his life.
Also when he has no idea how to react to something his face automatically turns into a scowl.

He also gets distracted by motion on water extremely easily, thinking whatever moves is a fish.

He is curt and straightfoward and incredibly honest, except it usually puts him in uncomfortable situations. Because of this, he finds it hard to make and keep relationships cuz he's such an awkward child e v e Generally he won't speak up first, and if he has something to say he'll most likely end up looking like he's about to kill you when he's really only trying to figure out how to word things. He's also endowed with a rather volatile temper haha

PAST
Soren's father was a reknowned fisherman and ofcourse, wanted his son to carry on his legacy when his end came. So when Soren was 10, Paps took him to one of the most difficult fishing ponds way up north as a final 'test' to see if his boy was ready. Soren fished and fished and fished and caught nothing. Until one day, he felt a tug on the fishing line and began reeling in the fish until-- oops it was a dolphin. Ofcourse the dolphin was huge compared to Soren then so he was dragged into the water and lost the evil dolphin. Now Soren's with them water hobos sailors/pirates to keep his fishing skills in check, waiting for revenge on that dolphin--
