Description

A rather spontaneous attempt to depict one of these relatively famous aliens from the Lovecraft's "At the Mountains of Madness" more-or-less authenticity to how they were described in the book. Like many other creatures from Cthulhu Mythos universe, they were given pretty verbose yet vague description in source material, resulting in illustrations from different people often looking nothing alike – so it was interesting to try and see how my own interpretation would turn out. A nice little break from working on my original ideas. Maybe I'll do some other Lovecraft's monsters in the future as well…
