Pfoe, it's been a while since I posted something. Trust me, I've been busy drawing all this time. I feel more confident with my anatomy skills, practising on drawing my webcomic characters with different poses and emotions. And to give a taste of just how much the summer has improved my skills, I present to you: Aya!

I've lately been thinking of how awesome bees actually are and that they're the only insectoid I can actually say looks cute (look at dose lil fluffy bumblebees!). With that in mind I attempted to draw something different than felines and homosapiens, yet still stick to the style I've developed.

Aya is a princess in her hive, firstborn of her royal sisters. With her mother still comfy in the seat of power, Aya proves her value by tending to the larvae. She's a pretty curious little bee, puzzled by human's capability to think outside the circle of life (and the fact males don't die right after getting laid)
