After a long day of work, even the best wasp has to get some fresh air at home. Ofcourse, the risk of falling off that ledge under the window is much less threatening when you have wings.

Ionic and I sorta done an arttrade, where I get to draw his Vektra and he gets to draw Aya.
I gotta say it was loadsa fun (It's 3:30 AM as i'm typing this) and I got to practise more on characters in more defined surroundings.
I kinda got stuck picking a sketch first, but this is the result of which I'm very happy with. (the runnerup choice was something I would've called -cough- "Battle damage").

I imagined a metropolis-like wasphive, considering her S.W.A.T. job and the idea of so many creatures living in one hive. I simply took inspiration from buildings i've seen in the city and thought of hexagon shapes being such a trademark for bees and wasps.
This imagining of enviroment is purely my own, ofcourse.
