That's some really nice beveling for camp foam. Never works out that way for me. I'm guessing you just used a very sharp blade for this, as opposed to a dremel?

for the camp foam, you pretty much need a brand new razor...
I've never got the dremel to work the way I want it to either honestly.

wow. Well that would explain it, all my razors are dull and dingy. I've never been able to do such a clean bevel so that must be why.

my best suggestion, is find a better foam. The foam we use now is far superior, and takes much more working than blue does, if you make a mistake, its not so much the 'start over' that blue foam will give you.

Duck tape is really common, however, I do mostly Hybrid (cloth and coating) and coating for appeal and safety, as tape can cut you over time, and it would be wasteful to use the high quality materials i use and put tape on it.

made from foam. camp foam actually, the kind you buy at walmart. This is some old stuff.
