Description Just happened to be ground level when I heard rustling in the leaves. Took a few pictures and then annoyed the snake until he let go. Frog had a limp but hopped off safely.

The frog can defend itself. It swells so it can not be swallowed.

I wonder how much their venom would work on a frog, it attacks blood but a frog in theory has different circulitory system even if very basic like ours hehe.

I don't think they have venom. They eat them alive I think....

Worst that might happen i you bleed a few minutes, their bite is pretty harmless to anything bigger then a frog or mouse heh.

No, not at all. I've been bitten, it doesn't even hurt. These are little delicate snakes with little tiny fangs..
