Description Well, finally. It's done. But I know I'll revisit it in the future at some point.
Didn't use the eye dropper tool to pick colours from the ref image. I just made many colours and painted over the picture to see what matched. I think the water's off though but eh.

this looks fantastic! the water might benefit from a little reflection from the mountains maybe? and awwh i'm glad my tips helped although they weren't that helpful in my opinion XD
