Normally it's a bad idea to look straight into the sun, but I snapped this photo through the trees at the rising sun and captured a wonderful picture of the sunlight. This photo has not been altered in any way (save for some cropping).Related content

This is really a wonderful shot! when I first saw it I thought of it being a "hero/heroine's" view just before they enter a tunnel into a whole new world; though the way this photo is taken you can't really tell if they are going from the dark into the light or being pulled back into the dark and the light is now fading from their grasp.

I love sun pictures! I really like how if you stare at it, the rays seem to shrink in on itself and when you blink it bursts back out. Or at least thats what I see.

Your ability to not only get what you want exactly in the center of the shot, but to have everything gravitate toward it is shown nowhere better than here. Very minimal, but still very captivating.
