FINALLEEE... After 2 frickin' months of gallery inactivity...

And to make up for lost time, something in color! Yay!
This was sort of part of my seminar last weekend about using real people's faces as a starting point when drawing manga/anime faces. My agent told me to use Angelina Jolie as an example, and the result- Isabela Valentine, aka Ivy from Namco's Soul Calibur.
Angelina is not that hard to imagine in any style, just remember those eyes, cheekbones and lips!
Unfortunately, I gotta go back to work

Everything about this drawing is great. Her face is gorgeous as is her body. The pose and it's perspective are dynamic. Excellent job here.

She's so damn fine an yes, you're right, you gotta love those eyes, and the hair too! haha! She kinda reminds me me of a more matured-looking whip-wielding Lilith Aensland though..
