A couple of years ago, I drew up a pic of Furball from Tiny Tunes in the starcat uniform... and... Well, I desided to do something again with MORE cartoon cats...Felix: If you don't know about him, you are uncultured... You disgust me...
Asrael: Gargamel's familure from the Smurfs... I never knew Asraels gender(The meow made me think "Girl" but years later I found out the referance- of Asrael being a MALE demon, and I realised I NEVER heard anyone refer to that cat with any pronouns...), hence the s/he bit, but I always thought it was a cool name for a cat. Seriously. If I ever get another cat, I might name it Asrael...
Billy: Well, you should know him from my other pics, but to recap: Boy-turned-cat...
Michael: Unless you've seen his manga, you wouldn't know him, but let me tell you- if you EVER find a volume of "What's Michael?" at the bookstore or library (Probably in the childrens section) READ IT IMMEDIATELY... Seriously- it's funny.

I guess that it would require original french version to define Asrael's gender. There are also dubs in other languages that define gender of the object. For instance, Polish language defines such stuff within most of the nouns, adjectives and verbs-----so it was a neccesity to settle down for Asrael (even though he is called by a totally different name here ) being male. Then again, it would require to know Peyo's own description of this matter to reach final conclusion.

Actually, just recently, I heard Asrael refered to with the male pronoun of "He"... JUST ONCE... but it was finally enough to solve my problem. Asrael's a guy... at least, in the AMERICAN version... and from the look of your comment- the polish one back it up.
But, like you said, if Peyo ever gave Asrael a gender, it would trump ALL that in an instant.

One's Michel from a manga called "What's Michel" which is kind of a hodgepodge collection of stories about cats, cat lovers, and people who just happen to meet cats walking down the street and briefly think about them. Most of them are starring Michel and/or his mate Popo, and/or their kitten Minimike, but there are a few other characters in the books that appear once in a while, EG: a really really fat cat named Catzilla.
The other ones Billy from Billy the Cat, a comic/TV show about a boy who's cruel to animals and suddenly finds himself turned into a cat(By magic in the TV show, by getting hit by a truck and reincarnating in the comic.) He pretty much is being tought the ropes of how to BE a cat by a sophisticated-yet-streetsmart alleycat named Mr. Hubbert who considers humans to be a useless luxury that REAL cat shouldn't need to rely on.

Felix the Cat is my favourite character since 1995. Seeing that you mentioned Furball, he was my second favourite character in 1997. I like how you drew Felix the Cat.

Yeah, you talked about Master Cylinder being the main villain in your books. I agree with you, he is the Emperor and the professor is the Darth Vader that may become good.

Lol... Yeah, cept for as far as I get, the Proffesser is not on all that good terms with MC.
Basically, the professer wants the bag, Felix has the bag, and if those two facts weren't there, the proffesser would probably be on pretty good terms with everyone... He might even stop associating himself with Rock Bottom(Not that Rock can be called a bad guy either- he just does whatever the Proffesser tells him to, and if what the proffesser tells him to do involves the kind of things bad guys do, then Rock is a bad guy just by association...)
Look at Poindexter- he's the Proffessers nephew, and he and Felix are actually best of pals(cept, of course, Skiddoo. I think sidekicks count as the bestest best friends.). Also, as long as he's not trying to get his grubby mits on Felix's bag, the prof's been on pretty decent terms with the cat...

You're right. I exaggerated with that comparison with Darth Vader. The Professor only wants the bag, and Master Cylinder wants the world. And also you're right about Rock Bottom, i remember an episode in wich Rock Bottom tries to stop his younger brothrer Pebbles Bottom from stealing Felix's Magic Bag and this time is not assosiated with the Professor, he is very polite with Felix. Anyway all these characters are enemies in a video game done by me called "Felix the cat in Sprintime Springs". You can download it here:[link]
Playing as Felix the cat the final boss is the Professor and playing as Poindexter it is Master Cylinder. Skidoo is a regular enemy like a koopa troopa at certain levels despite being sidekick. I done this by needing more enemies and some times Felix fighted against skidoo in "Felix twisted tales", by example in the episode "Copy Cat" or the episode "Wet Paint".

My favorite story was the school made up of cats, and the principle is telling the students that they have to be stricter to compete with a dog school.
He suspends the cats for grooming themselves during lectures, having permed hair that violates the dress code, and then points out one cat who's a "Model Student" but then a little baggy filled with catnip falls out of the "Model Student's" uniform. Lol.

Now that I think about it, I've heard of it being a demon name, but I don't remember paying attention to the cat's name back when I watched the Smurfs. I don't remember Asrael in Dogma either, but I only saw it once a long time ago. I liked the Metatron and God
