Continuous Spell Card

Lore: You can only control 1 "Etro's Struct = Dimensional Spine". Once per turn, if you control an "Etro" Fusion or Synchro Monster: You can target 1 card your opponent controls and 1 of your opponent's banished cards: banish the first target, and if you do, return the second target to the GY. If you control 2 or more "Etro" monsters, cards cannot be activated in response to the effects of "Etro's Struct" cards you control, except "Etro" cards. When this card in the Spell/Trap Zone would be destroyed or banished while you control 3 or more "Etro" monsters, you can return it to the hand instead.
