it's really just my macro adapter but I had my lens set to 18mm for this photo, which I've since discovered causes this distorted effect - 55mm is what I use now!

wow! this looks like it should be like..one of the default windows backgrounds or something. If I stare at it too long it looks like it's moving towards me
