This was a pretty great way to use up some of the ganache I made recently. It would probably have been better with some fruit but I didn't have any on hand at the time.Related content

There's no alcohol in these. Just chocolate and cream

Do you melt it in a sauce pan, or something else?

To make it originally I melted everything in a saucepan. I melted these in the microwave though as they'd been in a larger container for a few days.
