Description
Finally the 3rd and last form of Cell.Lines in 1 hour, colour in another 1 hour in photoshop. This one took me longer cos i wanted it to look better. Im sorry about the background but im really too lazy to do anything when i finish the character.
Ill try to post some other Dragon Ball characters soon.
