The texture and the play upon color is mind blowing. The wispy white shapes on the right of the figure adds to the surreal feel of the picture itself. Even with a kaleidoscope of intricate light textures, the picture focuses the eye towards the figure with the help of inwards lines in the texture pointing towards the bottom center. It seems as though the figure is emitting its own light; the stark difference in value as well as the fine light lines protruding outwards from the bottom center helps balance out the composition instead of being completely weighed down. Overall, this is a marvelous play of light broken down into its visible spectrum, and the fact that no manipulation was done to it just shows the wonders of life in a more natural way.

Fascinating and wonderful work, love stuff like this that is "as the shutter closes" much more fun and indeed rewarding than the digital kind, well for me anyway.
