Description
Two of my favorite Michigander OS-tans, Michigan Terminal System, or MTS-tan (L) and Backup Interceptor Computer, more commonly known as BUIC-tan (R). This is one of those rare pieces that I'm satisfied with even though it didn't turn out quite as I planned it ... the shading was supposed to be somewhat more dramatic, but it didn't fit the airy, summery feel I wanted so I abandoned that plan. Instead I tried giving it an antique photo-like feel, with yellow tinting and subtle vignetting.I had a lot of fun with the patterns here, from the striping on MTS-tan's dirndl and her candy-cane inspired stockings to BUIC-chan's flower-patterned dress and pinstriped socks. The color scheme was hard for me to pin down at first, but this seems pleasing enough to my eyes ...
