They are pretty weird creatures, there's a bunch of them at a zoo where I live. They look even more odd moving around.

It is! It actually a kind of outdoor museum, that shows old scandinavian building, farming and so on, with scandinavian animals (wolves, bears, elks etc). But they've also added this tropical aquarium, that contains all kind of exotic creatures. Skansen
