I was surprise to see two people used my artworks for their RP icon. I was so flattered.

In my headcanon (for her), she wears a white hat that would protect her from sunlight (my original design for her is supposedly a straw hat, but I scratched it). Her dark blue sailor uniform is inspired by East Timor's school uniform somewhere in Google. I discard the red ribbon thing since I think it's irrelevant, for them, to wear it.

I also replace the school shoes to slippers... weather-wise. The necklace, obviously, symbolizes the majority population of Timorese being Catholic Christians. I added red stuff on her hair just so, at least, there's something different or something "unique"... kinda like her identity (her hat is part of her identity, but she's using it when going outside from her house)

Hair: Black
Eyes: brown
Skin: brown

I don't know what personality fits her though. xD But judging from the pictures I saw around dA and google, I think she's a happy and a hyper one for a kid. Despite the cheery personality, she's afraid that some country might take over her and take advantage of her again. By the way, she has a hard time to read and suffers from having a low literacy rate. After the war between her and Indonesia, she strives to become better in the future... and be part of ASEAN members by 2015 without a flaw.

Australia helps East Timor a lot and takes care of her until she's stable enough to take care on her own. In exchange, he asked her if he can borrow some oil from her. Indonesia is struggling to amend her wrong doings and started helping East Timor after the war. (source: [link] )

Philippines often visits her to go to work (doctors, priests and nuns) and supports her to become part of ASEAN members. (source:[link] & [link] ).
