Description
CT-5129, or Mondo as he was called, was the leader of Draco Platoon, a unit within the 812th Deep Field Reconnaissance Company. The company itself was a subdivision of REPSOM, and was tasked with Long Range Recon/Patrol, observation of enemy positions, marking targets for air strikes, and combat support if need be. He was armed with a DC-16C blaster carbine with a holographic sight attached, as well as a vibroblade for CQC encounters. His armour was configured with a helmet antenna, an ammunition belt, a combat webbing system with a carabiner clip, three charges, a floodlight, and small utility pack attached, in addition to an IR strobe and a drop-leg panel containing three flares for signalling extraction. Around 14 BBY, whilst serving as the commander of a scout trooper battalion, Mondo would fake his death while on deployment and was assumed to be KIA by his superiors, but in actuality he fled to a sparsely-populated planet in the outer rim and took up hunting as a hobby, far away from Imperial scrutiny.
