All the shots were taken with the sme exposure settings, my camera has a panorama function that does this automatically. They were then stiched using the olympus panorama stiching software that came with the camera.

I'd definatey agree with that. Especially this time of year, beautiful green sweeping grass flowing down the hills, the cows finish it off perfectly.
I was listening to Porcelain by Moby when this finally loaded and it really set the mood!

Thanks. The grass might look greenish in the shot but it's particularaly dry there right now (the locality is called firefly, it's "a bit" south of Taree). The cows belong to our neigbour who's a dairy farmer...in fact I think I was on his land taking the photo.
We own 40 acres at the bottom of the hill you can see near the center of the photo (looking south). There's a creek that borders our properties along one edge and we have the fertile floodplains just up from it and since we don't have any cows of our own he's got adjistment on our property keeping the grass down 
*Sigh*, it it wearn't for uni I'd move up there, I can't stand Sydney.
