Thank you very much. The design credit definitely belongs to Victor Lee, who designs some of the most interesting monsters you'll find in video games. He doesn't really maintain an online presence, but most of his work can be found in the D3 art book.

I can imagine, I must purchase the art books because those creatures are wonderful. however, rendering them in 3D is a hard work, I don't have so much familiarity with Maya but I tried to render a character and was pretty complicated to me, though, 3D is another way of art that I really appreciate as 2D.

3D can be intimidating, but it isn't as bad as it used to be. With programs like Zbrush and 3Dcoat, and then all the free online tutorials, it's never been easier to pick up. If you're really interested in learning 3D, just dedicate some time to it. I think you'll like it.
