This is the Cloud doll i created for my Otakon 2006 display. I plan on eventually posting a few closeups to show some of the details.There has been a bit of confusion lately about my work, Ive gotten quite a few notes and emails asking where i buy the dolls i use, Most of you know this but for those that don't, I make my dolls completely from scratch myself, every part of them is hand made. these are not factory produced or store bought dolls.
Everything in the photo is real, the only cg elements are the rubble bits around the base.

My original Doll sculpture is in Chavant clay, from that i pull silicone molds and cast in a custom resin mix, i then drill my parts hollow and string with elastic (my dolls are completely poseable) i sand down the seams then paint on the makeups. The eyes are 17mm handmade masterpiece silicone eyes, his wig is made from mod acrylic. His costume is by Dreux Priore.
I fabricated His sword parts from sheet acrylic then pulled silicone molds from the acrylic parts and cast the final in resin

Im sorry you dont like my sculpture,.. I tried to be creative and make my own version of the character, as opposed to just copying the original (which i could have done if i had wanted),... Althought a doll collector did like him enough to buy him from me for $1,500 dollars

I find it funny that people ask me and other doll owners if we made our dolls, yet they're asking you where you bought yours.
I've just started telling people where I bought mine and then pointing to your gallery and saying "he makes his own though!"
