Description
Back in the fake Tintin cover game with a new series of images. I hadn't done much since 2012, but there'll be more stuff coming in from time to time now...Just as a reminder of what this is about: I pick various elements from diverse illustrations by Hergé, combine them and turn them into realistic-looking imaginary Tintin album covers.
In this imaginary story, Tintin decides to raise funds for a charity that looks after poor refugees, and set out to organize a massive jumble sale in Marlinspike's yard by selling a great number of the souvenirs he gathered throughout his travels.
This is strictly a tribute work by a fan for other fans. No commercial use involved.
All the characters, names and elements of artwork are © Casterman / Editions Moulinsart / Fondation Hergé
except "Consternan" which is the trademark of Bispro's Tintin re-creations

Thanks. The reason it looks so Hergé-ish is because it IS Hergé's work. I merely tooks lots of bits and pieces from different images of his to create this brand new cover (and all the others too).

I am practicing with Duo lingo, but I need to take a class so I can learn sentence structure and I need to go to Quebec and spend some time in Montreal. I need interaction with actual French people or at least people who speak French so I can practice. I am determined to learn, I watch movies in French and I listen to French artists music, like ZAZ and Mika. I just love everything French! Donc, je dit, Vive La France! 
And how are you doing? I saw you had written you were feeling a bit sad in one of your blogs some time ago. I don't know what was troubling you then, but I hope whatever it was that you are feeling much better.

Ha ha! Thank you my friend! But be careful: "Mon aimé" is an old-fashioned way for a lady to say "My beloved"!
I think you meant to write "Mon ami" which means "My friend" (or "mon amie" with final "e" if you address a girl).

Oui! I definitely need a French teacher because I am studying French on my own with Duolingo and want to become fluent. I'll remember that mon ami. So where have you been? You disappeared for a long time, I was really wondering if you were ok. I'm glad to see you are back and I hope that everything else in your life is well for you.
