Sure! ^^
Pixia is actually Bitty's CPU form/another dimension, as in, she is both from Earth and Neptunia Universes, but her origins are Earth related than Neptunia. She's just like Neptune on personality and such, one might say she's either a copy, but really, like I said before, she's the Earth's Neptune. But one advantage over Nep (A few to be exact) is Intelligences, Willpower, and as a human from Earth, she follows a human mentality of strengthen their power by working on it. But overall, she's a powerful version of Nep that can also break the 4th wall, as she's not bounded by it as well.
She does however hold these Inflation tools that looks like bubbles, and she is a inflationist (Which is obvious, being Bitty and all). But beside the obvious Bitty-ism, one power she wish to achieve is her HDD form, and to become Pink Heart. But there's only one problem: Due to Pixia's age-As Bitty is 15, which one might say that's getting close to adulthood, and since the HDD forms transforms them into older, more mature beings-and plus one of the Antagonist that's affecting her ability to Transform-Which is Koya-A dark version of Pixia. Think of it as Khorme and Uzume-she has a split between 3 versions of her HDD form:
1. Normal Suit change: This is her natural HDD, as it's Pixia, only with her HDD suit and more powerful than her normal self. Plus, her eyes don't change into a power symbol, and compare to other powerful enemies and antagonists, she's pretty lacking in that, only relying on the Main four (Purple Heart, Black Heart, White Heart, Green Heart. Okay, you can count Orange Heart, but whatever.) to assist her. But with all it's fault, she's still relatively strong against a small majority.
2. Koya Pixia: This one is her Dark Side HDD form, as she's being corrupted by the powers and spirit of Koya-Pixia's Antagonist. This HDD is much greater in power than her normal self, but it results of "Burning" her Share powers to become stronger, more violent, and even statistics. The form follows 3 Stages that lead towards a Dark HDD: Koya-An Imbalance, Powa-Transformation, and finally, unlocking her true darkness: Naqo-War. The first Stage is still Pixia, only crazier and literally using the 4th wall as a weapon against her enemies and such. Sometimes in the most graphical way possible. The second Stage is her transforming into her darker and serious self, leaving her friends behind, bashing them for their weakness, and even fightting them to prove her worth when the day of Naqo comes. And like clockwork, the third and final stage makes her unlimitedly powerful, thus, can overwhelmed every CPU, even in their NEXT Forms. And the only way to stop Pixia in this stage is either to change her path away from the darkness of Koya while they still can, or by death. Which is the final solution against Pixia.
3. Holy Pixia: The final HDD form is consider something that seems more of the main four's HDD form, and that's her angelic, angel-like HDD form. This form is consisted of her "Holy" powers with all the Shares coming from people and even Neptune herself, thus, becoming some kind of Archangel of her own power. She's more merciful, as in every enemy she fights she only harms them to the point where they want to surrender, and let them leave with their lives. Her powers focus on creating a more perfect nation in Gameinstrudi that can be a haven for all 4 of the nations, thus, combining all the Share powers into the Fifth Nation, making all Heretics become holy by their freedom of worship, and becoming a Holy site of all 4 Nations. Another power is her healing abilities, which is only a more powerful version of a regular healing ability.
So make a long story short: Pixia needs to unlock her true HDD form by being in the middle of the HDD power spectrum as possible, and finally, once she can balance both light and darkness inside of her, creating a perfect balance, and acquiring enough Share power so she can have a Re;Birth of sorts, and become complete. And thus, finally achieving her true HDD form, and becoming Pink Heart.
Sorry if it's too large for you, but I wanted to make Pixia as a complex character, something equal to that as the characters in the series, and hopefully someone can read this and can be inspired by this.

This general personality description sounds rather cute and friendly. ^^
How does the age play into it exactly? I know that the Heart forms tend to look more mature, but I've never actually played a Neptunia game, and I just have passing knowledge, mostly thanks to what my friend Bane told me about it. The series looks like a TON of fun and the characters are adorable, but I keep hearing that you have to grind REALLY hard to be of a proper level, and I don't really like to grind for the sake of grinding.
Who's Orange Heart? That's Peashy, right? (Or was that Yellow Heart?) Is there a reason she stands out from the other Hearts?
I enjoyed the read, actually. ^^ It's not often that I get a chance to read a profile like this. Normally when I see someone with heavy fetish focus on their art they tend to let their character development suffer as a result, but you have clearly kept that from happening! I'm glad that you were able to put THIS much thought into it! I doubt that my muses would fit in the world properly, but my AA, Swerve, is always willing to lend a hand to those that protect the weak, like Pixia! ^w^/ (Just, uh, please don't inflate me. XD)

Well, in a way, I think when you're older, you get powerful overtime kind of thing.
Orange Heart is Uzume's HDD form, and Yellow Heart is Peashy. And the reason why I picked her is that she's a good example of Pixia's character.
