Thanks for the tip about the souffle cups! I've noticed in a lot of food blogs that many bakers have preferred to use them instead. And the simplicity of it is so pretty!
What brand and size do you use? They're oven safe obviously, lol. Do you have to put them in muffin tins or a regular baking sheet is fine?

I use solo cups, but I'm not sure which size they are. I don't currently have any with me, unfortunately. I think any size is ok, you just have to keep an eye on them in the oven.
Oh, and yep - you just place them right on the baking sheet! Just make sure there is space between them so the air can circulate so they'll bake properly.
