We're re-doing a 67 Caliente but modifying with some of the cyclone goodies. Your picture is a guideline. Thanks!

You are welcome, let me know if you need any other shots of it. I love seeing these old cars brought back. I definitely want to see some pics of the Caliente. We actually have 2 cyclones, the blue one and my Dad's burgundy/maroon one with a factory black vinyl roof. What color are you painting yours?

We'll put it back in the original sky blue. It's a nice retro color. Here's a link to a pic before we started on it....[link]

not a bad ride at all. Mine was painted in the original ICE BLUE POLY METALLIC, but it looked like a dead powder blue when I got it. We sold two 65 mustang fastbacks, that needed to be restored, in order to buy this old heirloom. Good luck with the old Comet and it looks like you got a great start on it.

finally got it back on the road last week, and had to take it to the drive-ins just for the fun of it. only bad thing was it took me an hour and a half to go 30 miles on the way home because it was 1:00 in the morning and i was going 20 miles an hour, watching out for deer.

LOL, we have moose, Elk and lots of canids like foxes, coyotes and wolves to contend with, lately I've been seeing a lot of porqupines on the road.
There ar elots of deer too, but lately I've been seeing everything else.
