Wow. This took me forever, but it was worth it. Airon and Aiyoku got caught in the rain, but that doesn't stop them from having a romantic time.Reasons why I did this:
1.) I need a girlfriend!!!!
2.) I wanted to do a picture with rain in it.
3.) I think kissing in the rain is HOT!

lol ermm... kissing in the rain? Maybe I should try it one day, seeing as so many people are agreeing that "its hot" ... I'm not that big of a fan of rain though, lol i'd rather do it under an umbrella, if that counts? 8D

Aww. What a sweet piece. Kissing in the rain is very romantic. Drawing kissing is hard so they're looking a little flat in that kiss. Aiyoku is looking a little too scrunched behind Airon. It would probably be more natural if she had her around around his shoulders/neck. They have great sweet expressions however. Overall it's very sweet and romantic. ^_^

Really like the rain effect on the clothes, and the choice of colors ^^

I don't think I like the white droplets beneath the big shot of their faces. Doesn't look rainy to me and is quite distracting. It's a good drawing, and I like it, but I think the large version isn't as good as the small one. That one has a dynamic pose and looks very interesting.
By the way: Watermarks are bad! Most annoying "feature" ever. Makes it hard to see your artwork and is simply distracting.

They aren't water droplets. They are supposed to be like sparkles to emphasize that this is a magical moment for them.
Btw, watermarks are there so people don't steal others art and try to copy it and pass it off as there own.

Thanks. I actually did make the sparkles more glowy the first time, but it took away the central focus of the piece in my opinion. I'm glad you were confident to criticize my work. ^_^ Not to many people do that and I desperately need to know what I need to work on, so thank you for that.

Awwww ^^ Sweet picture! They're very cute together.
I think that since they're in the rain their hair should be matted down and wet, especially the layers in the girl's hair.
Overall I think this is really good, and a nice setting

I reckon you learned that nifty photoshop trick to make rain 
It seems to me that Aiyoku's torso should be a little longer, but maybe that's just because of her pose, I don't know.
The water running down their faces and clothes looks very good, but their hair doesn't behave as if it was soaking wet, it shouldn't be holding its shape so perfectly (unless its covered in tons of hairspray
