I've long wanted to draw this scene where Ichigo broke down after his first model photo shoot and Grimmjow stood there unsure what to do or how to react as Ichigo sank to the floor in tears, in ~DemandingTheCure 's (aka xAlivexButxDyingx at Fanfiction.net) captivating and thought provoking GrimmIchi fanfiction "Listen" but didn't get around to doing so until now when all the overwhelming sad emotion washed over me, upon hearing that she'll be quitting and then deleted all of her stories mostly due to unscrupulous people who're crying wolf over her stories and stealing them.Her stories are so powerful and one of the best ever I've ever read, and yet...
Gosh, there's no words for me to explain and express my anger and hatred to these heartless morons.
I badly want to plead to her to reconsider, but from her personal PM to me (prior to her public announcement) it spoke a deep sense of finality and I felt helpless, I respected her decision, and kept my feelings to myself but now....I can't seem to bottle it up any longer...
I must be crazy for feeling so deeply upset over this but I can't help myself...

I agree with your feelings on the matter entirely. I was lucky enough to read Listen once before it disappeared. Went to find it again and GONE. The confused jaw-drop was intense, I tell you.

Damn, I really wish I could read the fic. It's exactly what I've been looking for. Decent plots and lovely writing are hard to come by now days. How dare people lie and accuse people of doing things they haven't done. This is amazing, if only i knew the back story.

I WANNA CRY! I saw this and immediately started reading the description...and I didn't even finish it before I went to the link to read this story which LOOKED LIKE IT WOULD BE ABSOLUTE FANTABULOUS. Then I go through like 5 minutes of extreme disbelief, anger, depression, angst, and remorse searching for any possible clue that this might still be out to the public, which is in fact a lie. Just like the god damned cake. Anyways, B.E.A.UUUUUUU Tiful work. I really do wish I could have read the story, but alas, the picture shall just have to do it for me. :3

And, I'm really sorry. So, so, so fucking sorry. If I could stay with you, I would. I would stay and I would never leave. But, too many things happened and the odds weren't really in my favor. And, the audacity of the people who fought me on my own hardwork makes me very sad. Especially in writing a story about the kindness of human nature.
But, I'll let you in on a secret, okay? Someday in the near future, Listen will be a book 
And, because I want to share them with you someday, I can't reconsider. I'm sorry. I won't repost them. I'm sorry to everybody.
But, I'm only human. And, I hope you all can understand that. :] But, I'll still be on FF. I'll read occasionally and take to you if you message me. When I get news of new beginnings, I'll let you know

It's ok, it's not your fault and I don't blame you. I'll admit that I badly want to kick myself extremely hard till I brake a bone for not saving your stories before you deleted them. I really really want to re-read them now so fucking bad, and my devastation reached the point where I contemplated to quit drawing GrimmIchi or read fanfictions anymore, I shit you not but I cried the night when I saw your deletion notice and could really sleep.
It is great to hear that we'll all be able to see what went on from where you've left us off until the very end, in the near future. However I can't really promise that I'll get attached to the original characters, I mean I'll try, but I'd be lying if I wouldn't imagine the main couple as Grimmjow and Ichigo and the rest of the cast as Bleach characters that I see fitting with the original characters' personality and roles.

Has she considered reposting her fics on LJ or Tumblr, or somewhere where only her fans can read them? Even if it kinnda limits her in getting a lot of new fans... But, it's better than nothing, is it?
And if there's the need for having new followers, the old fans can help out in an old fashined way: I tell to one or two other girls, they tell to their GrimmIchi-loving friends etc.
Personally, I never read her stories, but I'd really love to.
It'd be really sad, just to give up because of stupid idiots.

How the hell can people claim that the REAL stories are fakes, anyway? The publish date is older! (That's what I try to tell people who read my stories when sequels aren't numbered.)

No... No you can't be serious. I read your picture description and started frantically clicking on my bookmarks to her stories and... NO!!! WHY do people ACT like that!?! Why do people DO that!?!? Stealing people's work and claiming the ORIGINAL was the FAKE!?!?! WHY!? Yeah, sure, on the internet you can do whatever you want without having to fear the consequences, after all everything is anonymous... But don't these kinds of horrible people see that they can really destroy lives with crap like this!!???!!!??? Destroy artistic outlet, creativity, real honest-to-god inner beauty!?! Why... just why.

I loved her fanfictions... I was waiting for so long for another update on Vendetta, and when it came she said that she was taking her stories down. It really upset me. I loved her stories so much. Listen was, and still is, one of my favorite GrimmIchi fics... No one of my all time favorite fics.
Fanfiction.net will never be the same...
However... This picture is AMAZING. This was one of my favorite scenes *cough* The scene after takes the cake though *cough*

This is a beautifully intense image. It immediately made me want to read the story, only to see it's no longer available. I don't think it's at all crazy to be upset about losing something that inspires that kind of artwork. Especially if it's because of that kind of negativity.

People need to understand that the expression of others is unique, and that stealing there work offends them. They didn't go to all of this effort just to have mindless people on the internet take it and claim it is their own.
I was a huge fan of Listen and I am very sad that she has had to go through with this sort of action.

I sincerely hope that this piece speaks to her, because I too am so moved by her writings. The emotion here is extremely well conveyed. I believe you have captured not only the scene but how we are all feeling now that she's leaving. Excellent work, as usual, Storm-sama.

Go to all the stories, copy and paste them, put them in word, save them, and then title them the story name with her username next to it. If anyone asks "It was this really awesome user on Fanfiction.net! She's so cool! x3". Problem solved. Great artwork btw, I love how you draw Ichigo x3

"Listen" was a fantastic fanfic, handled very well. I'm also devastated to see it go, it was a brilliant read. Their relationship was wonderfully complicated in it, and it was built up to very well. I read most of her stories, they were all fantastic. Very sorry to see her work go. This is a lovely tribute to it!
