In the immortal words of Randy Meeks; 'There's a formula to it!'I haven't drawn these two in months. It's nice to have my classic angst duo back in action.
So this comic was, surprisingly, not inspired by vampire fanfiction, but by a certain overrated book called Twilight. Teenage girls LOVE it; the back of the book is crawling with reviews that call it one of the best books of the decade. And me? I think it's one of the worst things I've ever read, and these people would know why if they could only see that the exact same thing is all over Fanfiction.net. So I started drawing this, and realized that I had another chance to make fun of yaoi in the process. So I dressed Yuka in drag and the fun ensued. Took three days, but I'm sure it was worth it.

The only good thing about Twilight is the Anti-Twilight comics. This was funny. Love the last panel.
For crying out loud Bunnicula makes a better vampire. Β¬_Β¬ Actually... compared to Twilight.... that book series is a master piece.

-Annnd, look. A werewolf. Now two supernatural hotties are chasing after the same girl
-Oh, but that's not enough! The vampire also hates his very existence!
-He drinks animal blood, too. Again, isn't the whole POINT of a vampire being that they DRINK HUMAN BLOOD?!
I'll stop here. Cause I'm sure everyone else here agrees. xD Great job with this, made me laugh.

You're right. Twilight is overrated. (Note: I'm a teenage girl, unless I somehow got this biology thing all screwed up.) I appreciate anyone willing to put their time into showing the flaws of this series or some of the vamp fanfictions out there. Thank you! Also, I like your characters.
