Description A soft sci-fi design for a space and atmospheric combat fighter, inspired by classic designs such as the Variable fighters from Macross and the SA-77 from Silpheed.

Presumably powered by rocket or nuclear thermal engines, it would store its weapons in internal bays for stealth missions but also have conventional hardpoints for packing extra armament, external fuel tanks, or boosters.

It's a bit shorter than the Tu-22. I made a quick profile to get some of the details and markings down, it came out to be about about 101 feet in length, around 30-40 feet shorter than the Tu-22 (depending on the variant).

It would actually probably suit the "Space Force" the most, but I went with a Navy (or "space-Navy") scheme to evoke the classic look of US Navy carrierborne fighters.
